WHAT IS IONIZATION?

Ionization is the physical process of converting an atom or molecule into an ion. An ion is any atom that has a positive or a negative charge.

WHY A NEGATIVE ION?

The net result of every move we make (the expending of energy) is a positively charged body. The molecules in your body are left holding a positive charge. This positively charged ion immediately seeks a negatively charged ion to unite. If available, the coupling of the two ions will release energy. This energy works with the oxygen that is present just below the skin to repair damage to soft tissue and sooth aching muscles. Body functions rely on this energy.

HOW DO WE GET NEGATIVE IONS ON THE FABRIC?

The IonX® finish is applied to a textile fabric by treating the fabric with an appropriate composition. A chemical treatment is applied, determined by the type of textile fiber used.The composition is then dried and cured to the textile. The composition cross-links with the fibers of the textiles, changing its molecular structure and becomes a part of the textile.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
